What a fantastic book by Martijn Aslander

(Automatically translated from Dutch)

What a fantastic book by Martijn Aslander. It comes out tomorrow, but I was allowed to read it in advance.

I work with companies myself, not with government organizations like Martijn does. In companies too, Martijn’s insights on information autonomy apply more than ever.

Do you also wonder why it had to cost 400 hours per family in the Dutch childcare benefits scandal just to reconstruct the file? And do you sometimes wonder why you yourself, if you’re honest, may spend 2 months of every year searching for things on your computer that you know you have somewhere? And how do you put the power of AI to use?

Martijn connects those things like an investigative journalist. And he makes it practical what you can do. Both if you buy IT for the government, and if you would rather spend those 2 months of your own year differently.
