Vibecoding business owner? My little 'club' of 4 vibecoding entrepreneurs is looking for 1 or 2 more pioneers who enjoy learning from each other

(Automatically translated from Dutch)

More and more business owners and CEOs are vibecoding in their companies. After first testing it thoroughly on personal hobby projects, like a typing course their sons are actually motivated to do, because they now compete with their brothers. They are convinced this matters for their business.

You can be cynical about it. Isn’t it mostly about the promise that well-behaved agents will take over the work of difficult employees? With mediocre results? Does all that cheap software and content create real value? Or is it just the next round of automation that makes inefficient processes slightly less inefficient?

I don’t think so. We are the pioneers. For business it is an absolute necessity. Change starts at the top, and if your company doesn’t make this transition quickly, a competitor will.

My first experiments have already succeeded improbably well. 20% of my experiments, that is, but that’s how experiments go. One example: my foundation Beterschap door Leefstijl is really running again. With agents instead of interns. With 1% of the old time investment I now achieve 50% of my original goals.

At my clients I see business owners pulling themselves out of their company’s IT swamp by their own hair, so to speak. Whether they make window frames, organize events or deliver ERP systems to the food industry. They build planning tools that improve their core process and finally unlock the data they have been entering into their administration for years.

As an MT coach I also see decision-making improve at my clients, because management teams now more often meet on the basis of proposals written in advance (with AI). To be fair, sometimes they also fall into the AI trap of e-mailing each other loads of AI slop. I coach them on that, and this year I am using AI fully in the strategy and annual plans we are making for 2027.

Are you a vibecoding entrepreneur too? Then your first results probably tell you the same. And you would like to add a few real successes.

For half a year now I have been meeting regularly with a small group of entrepreneurs pioneering with AI. We share our experiments. No slides. Experiences. Demos. ‘Dumb’ questions. Tips. Low-key. Once a month. With a few alcohol-free beers at the end of the afternoon at my office in Maarssen. We are 4 now and want to grow to a maximum of 6 entrepreneurs.

Or would you like a 1-on-1 introduction? Sparring about strategy? Business plans? How to bring your team along? That is what I do as www.dekleinestrateeg.nl.
